Hi there! My name is Ashlyn and I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist for around 4 years and a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant for almost 6 years. My education in both of these areas has helped me to grow personally and expand my knowledge as a therapist!  Throughout my experience in healthcare, I have learned the importance of self-care and taking time for yourself. My approach to massage is holistic, focusing on both the physical and mental aspects of healing. I believe it is important to customize each session to meet the needs of the individual. Whether you are dealing with chronic pain, recovering from an injury or simply needing to unwind from the stresses of everyday life. My goal is to help individuals and make a difference while creating a calm, healing space where you can reconnect with your body and mind. My favorite services to offer are Manual Lymphatic Drainage and Cupping, although I enjoy being able to offer a variety of services here at Evolve Aesthetics.
