PRP Hair Restoration/Vampire Hair Restoration®

Are you struggling with hair loss or thinning hair?

Tried over the counter products or even medications and not getting the results you want?

Afraid of surgical hair restoration due to expense?

Vampire Hair Restoration® might be what you are looking for!

This natural, non-surgical hair re-growth method involves three treatment sessions, spaced every six weeks using PRP.

Vampire Hair Restoration® has become a leading procedure in the fight against hair loss and thinning hair.

This is a simple procedure which uses PRP technology (the small cells in the blood) which is then injected into the hair follicles on the scalp, this allows an increase of blood supply to increase hair thickness and stimulate the growth phase (which will help decrease hair loss).

Let us help you feel confident and younger with minimal pain and maximum results!

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I expect during a typical treatment?

Your aesthetic provider will perform a thorough consultation to determine the best approach and plan of care for your needs.

A special collection tube is used to draw your blood first. The collection tube is then placed into a centrifuge that spins the blood. This separates the blood into different layers. The concentrated platelets are drawn up into a syringe.

Injections are given at the site of injury with a local anesthetic, using the smallest gauge needle possible, to reduce pain at the injection site. The PRP injection procedure is usually minimally painful and similar to that of any other type of injection.

One session usually lasts 30 minutes to an hour.

What is the downtime after a PRP hair restoration treatment?

There is no downtime or long recovery process. It is advised to avoid using any harsh dyes or chemicals on your hair for 48 hours post treatment.

What are the common side effects after a PRP hair restoration treatment?

You can expect some mild redness, swelling and possible bruising at sites of injection. The PRP hair restoration procedure is usually minimally painful and similar to that of any other type of injection.

How long before I see results?

Individual results vary.  However, patients tend to notice thicker and fuller hair within 18-26 weeks post treatment. Typically, the renewal of hair growth occurs within 6 months to one year post treatment.

How long do the results of the PRP hair restoration last?

Individual results can vary during the period of regeneration. Initially your provider may recommend several treatments spaced one month apart. After the initial treatment, may providers suggest maintenance treatments 2-3 times per year.

What is the typical cost of PRP hair restoration treatment?

Final price dependent on consultation with your aesthetic provider and number of treatments. Typically, pricing starts at $1800 for three treatments.

Who should not receive a PRP hair restoration treatment?

You should not receive a PRP hair restoration if you are pregnant, trying to become pregnant or are breastfeeding. Likewise, you should not receive a PRP hair restoration if you have an active infection of the scalp/skin/or surrounding tissues.
