FAQ's
What can I expect during a typical treatment?
Your aesthetic specialist will perform a consultation to determine the optimal plan for PRP based on the proposed treatment area.
A special collection tube is used to draw your blood first. The collection tube is then placed into a centrifuge that spins the blood. This separates the blood into different layers. The concentrated platelets are drawn up into a syringe. Using a small needle, the platelets are then injected strategically into desired areas of the body.
Most patients find the treatments comfortable with proper topical anesthetic. Sessions vary from 15 minutes up to an hour.
How many sessions are recommended?
Your aesthetic consultant will recommend the optimal number of sessions to be performed based on your personal goals and treatment area.
